Kem'Mon La'Austin "mon La" Walker

Kem'mon "K$tacks" La'Austin Walker, affectionately known as Man Man, MeMon, Stink, Cutie Patootie, and Baby, passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of twenty-seven (27). Born on April 22, 1998, at Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, California, Kem'mon later made Laurel, Delaware his home.
Kem'mon was the beloved son of Qiana Walker and Mark Vargas, Jr. He was a cherished brother to Mayi Walker, Lyn Vargas, and Marceyana Vargas and a devoted father to his beautiful children - Ke'Marri Walker, Kamora Farrare, Kae'Lani Walker, and Kai'Zyn Walker. He also leaves behind his loving spouse, Daniyah Cannon, who stood faithfully by his side.
He was the adored grandson of Lorraine Bailey, Larry Walker, and Mark and Claire Vargas, and the nephew of Grace Vargas, Kyree Walker, Andrea Walker, Richard Banks III, Keith Crump, Jr., SSG Eric Bailey, Dontae Walker, LaQuana Bailey, Shanice Bailey, Daryl Bailey, Sheena Bailey, and Raymond Robinson, Jr.
Kem'mon attended Parkside High School, where he shined on the football field, displaying the same passion and dedication he brought to every part of his life. He later worked in construction, taking pride in his craft and in providing for his family.
From a young age, Kem'mon's faith was nurtured at the United Church of the First Born, where he played the drums and took part in church plays and events. His joyful spirit and natural leadership extended into the community, where he was known as a big brother figure to many of the neighborhood youth.
Kem'mon's greatest joys came from doing what he loved most - creating music, playing football, perfecting his skills on the drums, spending time with his friends, enjoying family cookouts with ATM at Nana's house, and cherishing every moment with his children and loved ones. His laughter, generosity, and vibrant energy filled every room he entered.
Though his time with us was far too short, Kem'mon's love, laughter, and light will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
May we find comfort in knowing that Kem'mon is at peace, drumming and smiling down on us from Heaven.
