Ken Gordon Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Southeast Funeral and Cremation Services - Easton from Feb. 20 to Feb. 25, 2026.
Ken D. Gordon, known affectionately to friends and family as "Kenny", was born to his beloved parents, Rosemarie and Earl Gordon in Worcester, Massachusetts on December 28th 1963. Born three days after Christmas, his life was a continual gift to those around him, who cherished his generosity, his ever-present humor, and his warm, friendly demeanor.
Though he was born in and subsequently resided in Worcester for most of his life, his days were filled with the kind of variety world travelers seek after. A life-long wanderer, he studied at Johnson & Wales university in Rhode Island, where he studied cooking, a field which he passionately pursued for a number of years, until the call of real estate took hold of him and he pursued that career with the same vigor and excitement with which he had pursued the culinary arts. He also worked at various times as a paver, a truck driver, and more, but the undeniable constant in his variable journey was the reciprocal love he shared with others, which was the light of his days.
If one were to walk into his apartment building to this day, and to tell any passerby that you were a relative of Kenny Gordon, you'd be met with a smile as sad as it is warm, a hearty and heart-felt condolence, and a reminder of what those who knew him already knew: Ken was a wonderful, sweet, polite, friendly man, who left an indelible mark on all whom he met.
Deepest and most resounding were the marks he left on those closest to him: his dear parents, Earl and Rosemarie Gordon, who loved, supported, and encouraged him at every stage of his life until their own passings in 2006 and 2020 respectively, his step brothers by whom he is predeceased, Wayne & Earl Jr., his brother Ronald, his sister Paula, who spoke with him several times a day every day, his sister Sandra, his beloved nephew, Vinny, known affectionately to Kenny as "Kid", his beloved cousin and best friend Gary Ianotti, who said of him, "I'm just going to miss him so much. He wasn't just my cousin. He was always my little buddy. My friend… I'll be lost without him," and many other relatives, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and more.
Ken Gordon passed peacefully in his home on February 8th, 2026. A life-long lover of the beach, he will now get to enjoy it forever as he resides on the heavenly shores with his mother and father, rejoicing fully in the love of his savior as he awaits reunion with the rest of his beloved.
