Kenneth Ray Baldwin, age 87, of Haughton, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Kenneth was born June 23, 1938, in Owensboro, Kentucky to Shelby Wyman Baldwin and Altha Randolph Williams Baldwin.
Kenneth served in the U.S. Air Force, he worked as an electronic technician for the FAA, Wiley Post, Tinker AFB, and Barksdale AFB. He also managed the KC-135 Flight Simulator and volunteered with the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Department.
He had a passion for aviation and travel and cherished the times he spent fishing on the coast with his parents. Kenneth loved spending time playing games with family and friends and had a lifelong interest in firearms. There was nothing he couldn't do or fix. He loved playing practical jokes on everyone-family or not-and always brought smiles to those around him. Most of all, he had a strong testimony of his Lord and Savior.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 68 years Sylvia Kay (Cook) Baldwin; daughters, Deborah Sue Vanlandingham (Ron), Katherine Lynn Clark (Rick), and Kristie Raye Tate (Terry); grandchildren, Jason Trammell (Jessica), Saunia McDaniel (Paul), Tiffiny Mabry (Travis), Ronnie Vanlandingham (Brandi Rutherford), Scott Weems (Amanda), Adam Clark (Jennifer), Regina Harwell (Chase), Tyler Tate, Kayleigh Raye Tate, Sydney Tate, Lexie Tate, and multiple great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father; brother, Byron Williams; grandsons, Brian Trammell and Eric Trammell.
