Kenneth Bramlett

1947 - 2021

Ken Bramlett was born on March 11, 1947, to Forest and Florine Bramlett, in North Richland Hills, Texas. He died at the age of 74 on July 4, 2021. Ken graduated from Richland High School in 1965 where he enjoyed playing in the band. Ken graduated from UT Arlington in 1969 then served our country proudly as a Marine in the Reserves. Ken's degree in Mechanical Engineering led him to the oil field where he worked in drilling and drill bits until he retired in 2009. Ken loved being outdoors, especially with his family, and motorcycle and family vacations were always the highlights through the years.

He is survived by his wife Carol Bramlett; sons Robert Bramlett and Brian Bramlett; sister Barbara Peck and husband Charles; nephews Doug Peck and wife Karen, Chris Peck and wife Mary; mother-in-law Ruth Evans; and many more nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Visitation with the family is scheduled for Wednesday, July 7, at 10 am, followed by the funeral services at 11 am, in the Chapel at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, with burial following services at Smith Memorial Park.
