Kenneth "Kenny" Earl Brewer, II, passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 38.
To know Kenny was to know a man who fearlessly soared like an eagle through the sky. He was a bright light in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to cross paths with him.
Kenny truly appreciated God's beautiful creation and was always up for an outdoor adventure.
He was kind and giving. Yet he would jump in a heartbeat to defend an underdog, his family, or give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His faith was lived out in his actions. He was the hands and feet of Christ, his brother's keeper.
Kenny was smart and witty, always up for learning a new trade or skill. He took great pride in competing with himself to become better at whatever peaked his interest to learn or do. His current employer described him as likable, cheerful, dependable, a team player who diligently strived to master the art of welding.
No matter the trials and tribulations that came his way, he was quick to speak life and encouragement to those around him, often setting his own stuff aside. He always found a way to keep on keeping on no matter the weight of the load or distance in front of him.
Kenny was charismatic, a great storyteller who had the capacity to captivate his audience with his contagious smile, great sense of humor and unique zeal for life. Some of his friends describe him as loyal, funny, happy, giving, generous, and adventurous, the kind of man who often drew others to him.
He lived a life that demonstrated how to be humble, kind and forgiving to all no matter if it was seemingly warranted or not. It was him and how he lived no matter what.
Kenny entered into this world seeking the next thrill. He lived many exhilarating experiences and returned to eternity doing exactly what he loved and enjoyed.
May Kenny's life and memories be what comforts the hearts and minds of all who know and love him. He most certainly would want all of us to keep looking for the beauty and to live every day to the fullest.
May his adventurous Spirit live on.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 4PM at The Dwelling Place, 18246 S. Greeno Road in Fairhope, AL.
