Kenneth Brewer Obituary
He was surrounded by his beloved caregivers and went peacefully. He left his home draped in the flag of his country he loved and served for nearly forty years, first in the Navy as a Korean War Veteran and then over thirty years in NY Police Department, as an officer and detective. Service was his life and he was loved and respected by many.
He received the best of care by the amazing staff from Big Hearts Big Smiles in Hendersonville, N.C. who we, his family are truly indebted to. Hospice care was received from Four Seasons Hospice Care in Hendersonville, N.C. The people who visited and cared for Ken were so kind and got to hear all his stories from the Navy and the NYPD.
Kenneth is survived by five adult children, eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren, Also extended family members.
A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Mountain View Cremation & Funeral Care has the honor of serving the family.
Rest in peace, you had a beautiful life.
