I used to work with Ken a long time ago. In 2008, we had a fishing day planned on Selkirk lake. A week before, Ken saw an "Infomercial" for the Banjo Minnow. In it they showed them catching a ton of bass. Ken decided to get it - he was excited about going. As we were fishing, I was catching many bass, the most I have ever caught in one day. Ken, on the other hand, wasn't catching anything but was adamant on still using the Banjo Minnow. I offered him my rod on numerous occasions, but he was stubborn. Finally he used what I was using and I believe he caught around 5. After that at work I would tease him and throw out the Banjo Minnow in a conversation. Once when he was leaving work for the day, I got on the intercom and told him "don't forget the Banjo Minnow"
I really liked working with Ken and he will be missed. My condolences to his family
