Kenneth Gaul Obituary

Born on December 9, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, Ken was the beloved son of the late Arthur and Esperanza (née Caballero) Gaul.
Ken is survived by his devoted partner of 23 years, Darlene Frontera; his children Kenneth Gaul Jr., Scott (Jennifer) Gaul, Pamela (Daniel) Kozak, and Michael Frontera; and his daughter-in-law Shelly Gaul. He was a cherished grandfather to Melissa (Matt Suhayda) Dutcher, Michelle (Bobby) Tippett, Ryan (Amber) Gaul, Joshua Ortega, Tyler (Heather) Ortega, Olivia Gaul, Cadyn Gaul, Kelly (Edward) Krzyzanowski, William (Abigail) Allen, Gina Frontera Liska, Christina (Brian) Chrencik, and Angela Frontera; and proud great-grandfather to several great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will deeply miss him.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 44 years, Luella Gaul; his daughter Debra Klemetsrud; his son Matthew Gaul; and his sister Marilyn Schwalm.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville, Illinois. A private interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ken's name to St. Jude’s.
