Kenneth Greene Obituary
Kenneth Harrell Greene, age 77, of Star passed away on March 29, 2025, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Mr. Greene was born on September 19, 1947, in Montgomery County to George Lester Greene and Berlene Brown Greene.
He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved dog, Izzabella.
Kenneth is survived by his wife Wanda Moore Greene of the home; daughters Betty Hare (Doak) of Candor; Karen Dalton (Joe) of Jackson Springs and son Terry Greene (Jamie) of Seagrove. Grandchildren Ryan Greene, Andrew Greene, Elijah Greene, Aubrey Cyrus, Aaron Dalton and Anna Marie Dalton, as well as one great grandchild Iyla Cyrus.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Phillips Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Dover Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Frankie Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
