Ken Hackman was born November 25, 1939 in Abington, PA and passed away peacefully at home on February 22, 2025 in Willow Grove, PA at the age of 85.
Ken is survived by his partner of 28 years Kathleen Jennings, his son Kenneth Hackman, his wife Kathleen and their four children Kathryn, Rose, Daniel and Mary, his daughter Laura Hackman, and her daughter Ashley. He is preceded in death by his former wife, Eileen. Ken is also survived by his brother Joseph, his wife, Patricia and their children and grandchildren.
Ken was kind and generous with his time with everyone he knew and cared for. He always went out of his way to help others when he could with whatever they needed. Ken was always happiest when he was with his family and his friends. He loved to tell stories and had so many wonderful and funny tales to tell. Ken loved to spend as much time as he could in St Maarten and enjoyed the sounds of Jimmy Buffet. He loved sailing. We all miss him dearly as he had such a wonderfully positive impact on our lives.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on March 1, 2025 from 9:30am to 10:15am at St. David RC Church, 316 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30am.
Interment will be private.
