Kenneth is survived by two sisters, Frances Smith (Larry) and Kathy Tackett; one niece, Jennifer Dunn (Rick); two nephews, Brandon Tackett (Heidi) and Paden Tackett (Nicole); and five great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday September 22, 2025, at 1:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Burial will follow.
