Ken and I were the entire Sousaphone section in the Independence High School Marching Band 1976-77. He was a sweet guy. Hard to reconcile the above photo with 1978 Ken and his 1978 hairdo.

I just recently learned of Ken´s passing, and saddened to hear this news. I worked with Ken on the Insurance Board, as Chair of the Young Agents Assn. and worked with him for many years as our Insurance E & S broker. He was a great person, funny and dedicated to his career. Sending prayers of comfort to his family during this difficult time. May you find comfort knowing that he is at peace and was loved by many in the insurance community.

It doesn't seem that long ago that Nanette and I met you and your roommates at Drackett tower before classes started at OSU our sophomore year. What adventures we all had together. Nanette has been my dearest friend for over 40 years and you have shared her and the Kukral world with me over the ensuing years. You started off being a really fun guy, then a great boyfriend and husband to Nanette. I have seen you over the years as a proud and loving father, grandfather, brother and son. You have enriched all of our lives. Your loss is enormous. 141!

Our entire family is saddened over the sudden passing of Ken. We have wonderful memories of youth hockey to high school hockey and all of Ken's hard work to help bring Lacrosse to Lake Catholic. His love for OSU was endless. Ken was a giver, a volunteer and a great person. Thank you Ken for making a difference in everyone's lives. You will be missed.
