Ken McElroy, a devoted husband and father, proud Army veteran passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025. He was born on November 3, 1934 in Cleveland, Ohio
Ken was a proud US Army veteran who served during the Korean War from 1955 - 1957. After his time in the service, he was a dedicated employee of local Fox Channel 8 (WJW) for over 42 years.
For 67 wonderful years he shared his life with his beloved wife, Peggy.
Ken is survived by his wife, Peggy (nee Bannasch). and sons, Kevin (Debbie) and Jim. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church, 11860 Royalton Rd. North Royalton, Ohio at 2:00 pm. Visitation with family will be between 1:00 – 2:00 pm. A reception will follow.
