Kenneth Oliver Obituary

Born in Jacksonville, Kenneth spent much of his working life as a park ranger for the federal government. He also gave proud and honorable service in the U.S. Air Force. He had lived in St. Augustine for the past two years and had previously resided in Ocala and Texas. He was of the Christian Faith. In his leisure time, he was a firearms and western enthusiast.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Mary Sue Oliver; three sons, Kevin Oliver, Kirk Oliver, and Keith Oliver; and a sister, Joanne Sue Chitwood.
Surviving are his wife, Alice Marie Oliver; three sons, Kenny Oliver (Melissa) of Arkansas, Matt Oliver (Traci) of Orange Park, and Chad Oliver of Mayport, FL; a daughter, Sue Price (Nate) of Palatka; a sister, Gayle Stevenson (James) of Jacksonville; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Kenneth's life will be held at a later date.
