Kenneth Bruce Olsen
A man of strength and determination, love and a strong sense of humor passed away peacefully January 16, 2024 at Oak Park Place in Menasha.
Born March 19, 1947 in Elmhurst Illinois. Ken spent his school years in Bonduel as a farm child who did whatever he could to get out of chores while finding time to do his own thing. Later he moved to the valley area where he raised a young and independent family and still found time for his love of motorcycles. Also enjoying getaway land in Townsend that provided him with a sanctuary of the outdoors and campfires and later became his home for many peaceful years. He enjoyed winters in his motor home in Texas soaking up sun. Ken loved his science-fiction, space movies and Star Trek. His last few years were spent back in Menasha near family and friends.
Ken was born to Irene and Odin Olsen, grew up alongside his siblings Dennis (deceased), Linda Cherny and Martin. Surviving children are Robert, Gina (Cale) Martell, Elizabeth (Rick) Fischer, and Stephen along with seven grandchildren, nieces and cousins.
