Kenneth Allen Rapp, of Brownstown, Michigan, passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 79. Born in Wyandotte, Michigan, on September 8, 1945, Kenneth lived a life filled with dedication, love, and adventure.
Kenneth devoted his career to the automotive industry, working as an engineer. His passion for innovation and precision left a lasting impact on those he worked alongside. Beyond his professional life, Kenneth found joy in the great outdoors, often spending his leisure time camping, fishing, and hiking. He was also an avid enthusiast of car racing and motorcycles, pursuits that exemplified his zest for life and adventure.
A man of deep faith, Kenneth was an active member of the Community Bible Church, where he built cherished relationships and found spiritual fulfillment.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Ruby Rapp, his son, Keith Rapp, and his brother, Michael (Audrey) Rapp.
Kenneth's memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife of 54 years, Emily Rapp, and his daughter, Melanie Rapp. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his grandchildren, Kevin Allen Rapp and Katlynn (Brian) Lange, and his great-grandchild, Luka Levi Lange. Kenneth is also survived by his sister, Carolyn Osborn, his brother, Paul Rapp (Wendy Betway), and his faithful dog, Riley, who remained by his side until the very end. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends will also hold his memory close to their hearts.
Kenneth's life was a testament to his unwavering dedication to family, his work, and his passions. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know and love him.
