I have not had the opportunity to see Uncle Kenneth for many years but I will never forget how kindly he always treated me as a child. His smile lit up the whole room where ever he was. I love him very much. Thank you Aunt Susan for the wonderful life you gave him.

I remember Ken with so many fond memories! He was such a positive role model and teacher. He was always willing to help and listen. We spent many ocassions together as CHEP Directors. I remember staying with Ken and Susan as weekend guest. I will always value our special times and friendship. Blessings to you Susan.

What a fine man Ken was. I enjoyed my years of working with him at Togus BA. He will be greatly missed.

I, too, spent time working this wonderful, kind, and always fair man at the VA. Ken was my supervisor and my mentor. He always encouraged me to reach beyond where I thought I could go and instilled in me the confidence to do so. I thank him for giving me the "gentle nudge" I needed to excel in my own VA career. Even now, in retirement, I have thought of him often over the years. I will always remember Dr. Kenneth Russell and the wonderful influence he was in my life. I wish Susan and his family peace during this difficult time.
