Kenneth Dale Scronce, aged 76, passed away on October 8, 2025, in Reno, NV. Born on December 18, 1948, Kenneth dedicated four years to serving in the Army, a testament to his commitment and hard work, traits that he carried throughout his life.
Kenneth was a devoted husband to his wife, Jessie, and a loving father to his daughter, Georgia Schostag, and son, Douglas Scronce. His role as a grandfather and great-grandfather brought him immense joy, especially in spending time with his grandson Robert Schostag, great-granddaughter Elizabeth Schostag, and great-grandson Kenneth Schostag. He also leaves behind his sister, Carolyn Hubbard, and brothers, Ralph Dean, Ricky, and Luther Wayne Scronce, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Professionally, Kenneth excelled as a construction superintendent, where he applied his strong work ethic and leadership skills. His hobbies included a wide range of hands-on activities from mechanics to woodworking. Kenneth found great pleasure in watching the birds and rabbits from his sliding glass door and cherished the moments playing with his great-grandchildren.
A service to honor Kenneth's life will be held at The Gardens Funeral Home, located at 2949 Austin Highway, Fallon, NV, on October 29, 2025.
Kenneth was known for his friendly demeanor never having met a stranger and his unwavering dedication as a husband and father. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
