Kenneth Eugene Seagroves

Kenneth Eugene Seagroves, 86, of Ingleside, Texas, formerly of Crescent, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at his home on September 17, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1937, in Crescent, Oklahoma, to Walter Ervin and Bethel (Ridner) Seagroves.

Kenneth proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. In his younger years, he enjoyed fishing and traveling, and he especially cherished visiting with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Ervin and Bethel Seagroves; and his siblings: Katherine Cole, Odie Daniels, N.F. Seagroves, Mary Ann Parker, Ernest Seagroves, Lilly Mae Skipper, Helen Porter, Lois Mooney, and Ronald Seagroves.

Although Kenneth never married or had children, he was a beloved uncle and shared a special bond with his nephew, Dennis Seagroves, and wife, Brenda Seagroves of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as well as many other nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.

Kenneth will be remembered for his service to his country, his love of family, and the many warm memories he created with those who knew him.
