Richard Cordova, beloved father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on September 21, 2025 at the age of 55. He lived a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories, and those who knew him will always remember his big heart and contagious laugh.

He loved God deeply, and his faith guided him throughout his life. A man of many passions, he found joy in breakdancing, playing the drums and guitar, and soaking in the energy of live music and concerts. Whether cheering for the Cowboys, fishing and reminding us to be patient, or traveling to the beach to enjoy the waves and sunshine, he embraced every moment and made it special.

He never missed a chance to have a good time or to turn even ordinary days into cherished memories. He loved his family above all else, keeping a piece of everyone he cared for close to his heart. He had a gift for making friends everywhere he went, and those friendships became part of the beautiful story of his life.

Preceding in death is his brother: Lupe Hernandez

He is survived by his daughter: Briana Cordova-Hyde; parents: Augustina and Tomas Cordova; siblings: Pete Hernandez, Norma (Daniel) Hernandez, and Nadia Cordova; numerous nephews and nieces.

Though he is gone from this world, his love, music, laughter, and the lessons he taught will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
