Ken was born July 3, 1945 in Cicero, IL, the son of the late Merle Sommers and the late Helen Witek Sommers. He worked retail sales and restaurant management. Ken working on, painting and collecting model boats and cars. He was methodist.
Ken is survived by his wife of 24 years, Katherine "Kitty" Evans Sommers of Carrollton, daughter, Karin Sommers of IL, grandchildren, Gabby of IL, Justin of IL, Mia of IL and many friends.
