Mr. Kenneth V. “Kenny G” Cory, age 72, of Chapel Hill, TN died on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at his residence. Kenny was born in Pacoima, CA and was the son of the late Al Burtis Cory and Helen Eleanor Carroll Cory. He was of the Christian faith. Kenny was a musician and a massage therapist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother in law, Dr. Steve Atwood.

Kenny loved music, whether it was performing for crowds or listening to his favorite bands. He enjoyed entertaining people with his guitar. He loved his pets. He had a passion for sharing his faith with others. He lived his life to the fullest. Kenny truly enjoyed people and making friends with everyone.

Kenny is survived by his sisters, Carol Cory and Barbara Cory Atwood, both of Cape Coral, FL; niece, Helen Irene Palmer; nephew, John Wayne (Christy Barnett) Bennett; four great nieces and nephews; four great great nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.

There will be no local funeral services. The family wants everyone to remember “Kenny G.” in their heart.
