Tanya Renee Pollock, 63, passed away on September 29, 2025. Born on April 21, 1962, in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Robert James Coleman and Jessie Jean – Ellen Hilliard Coleman. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister Cathy Story.
Tanya was a proud mom and grandmother. You could always find her cheering her family on in any event that were playing in. She took great joy in driving a school bus for Bedford County for 25 years. She would transport her children’s ball teams to their games and be the biggest fan for them. Tanya was also a private bookkeeper for many years. Some of her greatest memories come from working on rental properties and being a “fix it” individual. She loved to be outdoors and working with flowers.
Tanya is survived by her children Lynsey Smith of Unionville, TN, William (Kim) Daugherty of Unionville, TN, Casey (Brandon) McCullough of Unionville, TN, and Aubrey (Chris) Molder of Unionville, TN; 10 grandchildren, Madisyn, Bailey, Zander, Alyvia, Aiden, Adelayde, Graceyn, Abram, Callen, and Landry; a sister, Lori Shockey of Unionville, TN also survives.
The family of Tanya invites you to celebrate her life on Saturday Oct. 4, 2025, from 11AM until 1PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 1PM in the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Hannah officiating. Burial will follow at Simpson Cemetery in Rover, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
