Kenneth Witt

Kenneth Witt, 93, of Frisco, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025. He was born in Chicago, IL on December 10,1931. He worked on the family farm growing up and when he was in high school decided to enlist in the Army. He was in many battles and always enjoyed sharing his stories.

He was a proud Army veteran who settled in Lawton/Ft. Sill, OK and dedicated much of his life to serving the military community with honor and integrity. His strength, loyalty, and steadfast spirit reflected the values he carried both in service and at home.

Kenneth was married in Vietnam to the love of his life, Wanda Witt, for 50 wonderful years. Their bond was one of true devotion and friendship. Though Wanda passed away nearly three years ago, Kenneth now joins her in heaven, together again in everlasting peace.

He found great joy in life's simple pleasures, especially gardening. Whether nurturing the flowers in his yard or sharing stories with his family, Kenneth had a gift for bringing things to life and making everyone around him feel cared for.

He is survived by his loving children, Christina Tran, Sandra Witt, and Jeanie Witt; his cherished grandchildren, Amy, Andrew, Sarah, Tommy, and Caden; his brother, Robert Witt, many cousins, nieces and nephews; and his beloved great-grandchildren, Essence and Dwayne. His warmth, humor, and gentle wisdom will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

A celebration of Kenneth's life will be held at Legacy Church in Plano, Texas, on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 1pm. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life well lived.
