Kenny Fulkerson Obituary

He was born in Sonora to William L and Evelyn Hays Fulkerson. Kenny was a Vietnam veteran; he then worked as an equipment operator at a rock quarry and was a long time member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Reynolds Fulkerson, parents, brothers, Tommy Fulkerson, Larry Fulkerson, and Donnie Fulkerson, as well as a brother-in-law, Michael Walters.
He is survived by his loving sons, Kenneth "Junior" (Julia) Fulkerson of Hodgenville, KY, and William "Bucky" (Stephanie) Fulkerson of Sonora, KY, four sisters, Betty Walters of Upton, KY, Judy (Mike) Waugh of Upton, KY, Becky (Mark) Vertrees of Upton, KY, and Lisa (Brad) Patterson of Sonora, KY, one brother, Ronnie (Angela) Fulkerson of Upton, KY, three sister-in-law's, Linda Fulkerson of Elizabethtown, KY, Roslyn Fulkerson of Upton, KY, and Hester Fulkerson of Sonora, KY, as well as five grandchildren, Olivia, Lucy Elizabeth, Grace, Caroline, and Spencer.
Funeral Services will be held Monday September 29, 2025, 12:00 pm at Manakee Funeral Home in Sonora, KY with Rev. Mike Walker officiating. Burial will be held at the Sonora Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Monday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Sonora.
