Kenrick "Kenny" C. Robotham, born May 31, 1948, in Kingston, Jamaica, to Claude C. Robotham and Mary F. Robotham, passed away peacefully at home on January 6, 2025.
He spent most of his life in Queens, New York, where he attended Brooklyn Preparatory School before graduating from Fordham University in 1970. He was married to Maria "Pina" Robotham (d. 2010) for 40 years, a partnership filled with love and deep devotion to one another and the family they raised in Shirley, New York.
In 2020, he moved to Tallahassee, Florida, to be closer to his beloved sons and grandchildren, embracing a new chapter filled with family gatherings, laughter, and cherished moments.
He is survived by his wife, Natalie Moon; his sons, Claude and Jason; his daughters-in-law, Lisa and Elena; his grandchildren, Isabella, Jaxson, and Isla; and his siblings, Claudette, Vivien, Kevin, Martin, and Claude. He also leaves behind a large, devoted, and loving extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including the caring staff at Canopy Road Cafe in Southwood, who brightened his days with their laughter and kindness.
Kenny's life stood as a testament to love, resilience, and the significance of family. His legacy endures in the lives he impacted and the memories he shared with those who knew him.
His family invites all who knew him to remember him with the love, laughter, and joy he brought into the world.
