Kerrie Lynn (Anderson) Moran, 42, passed away peacefully at home on April 24, 2025.
Kerrie was a devoted, loving mother and wife. She found happiness in spending time with her daughter, Ella, who was her greatest pride and joy. Together, they enjoyed crafting and watching movies. Mario was lucky to have her as a loving partner by her side for 21 years, including 17 years of marriage, which were filled with happy memories. They shared many adventures together, including trips to Disney and North Conway; but also enjoyed the simpler things like having a family meal together, relaxing at home with their pup Morgan, and playfully bugging their daughter.
A kind, generous, and thoughtful friend and mentor, Kerrie had a unique ability to remember the small details about those she cared about, always showing her love through thoughtful gifts and heartfelt notes. Though often humble and reserved, Kerries kindness left a lasting impression on so many. She had a special way of really listening and being there for others, always making them feel understood and seen.
Kerrie dedicated her life to helping others, working as a nurse for 13 years and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over 6 years. Her educational journey began at Regis College, where she earned her Associates and Bachelors in Nursing. She then pursued her Masters and Doctorate at Rivier University. It was her lifelong dream to teach and she took immense pride in mentoring young nurses. Although she was unable to begin her teaching role at the University of New Hampshire due to treatment, Kerries passion for education was shared through her work as a preceptor, guiding nurse practitioner students at LifeStance Health. Even during her own battle with cancer, Kerrie remained a dedicated mentor, offering support to other patients through the Dana-Farber Cancer Institutes Soulmates program.
Kerrie is survived by her husband Mario Moran; her daughter, Ella Moran; her father Brian Anderson and step-mother Lisa Anderson; her siblings Keith and Alycia Anderson, Samantha and Justin Bevilacqua, and Jeffery and Erin Anderson. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She will be deeply missed by everyone who has met her.
Visiting Hours will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 9am to 11am at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. A brief service will take place following her visitation in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Dracut.
In lieu of flowers, Kerrie requested to have donations to Ella Morans 529 account to help fund her future education. Details can be found at https://go.fidelity.com/4mdv6i
