Keshia Benet Thomas was born on June 23, 1970, to William Henry Thomas and the late Vera Ann Thomas in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She departed this life on December 30, 2025. Keshia was a graduate of Louisville Male High School in 1988. She was voted "Most Talkative" in her senior class. If you knew Keshia, then you would understand. Keshia joined the United States Air Force. After serving her country, she attended the Kentucky Community & Technical College and studied Accounting and Bookkeeping. Keshia enjoyed watching sports on television, listening to music, and playing cards. Keshia was preceded in death by her mother, Vera Ann Thomas. Keshia leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memory, her father, William H. Thomas; three sisters, Kymberly Judkins, Jamesetta Moore, and Sharice Parker; a brother, William Thomas, Jr; a devoted nephew, Lorenzo Judkins, III; a host of nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, best friend Latanya Summers, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:30 on Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Lane in Louisville, Kentucky.
