Kevin S. Bell, 58, of Wauseon, Ohio, formerly of Antwerp, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
Kevin was born in Hicksville, Ohio on December 9, 1966, a son of the late Marilyn (Speiser) and Merton "Hap" Bell.
He was lovingly known as Fred to those closest to him. Kevin will be remembered for his contagious smile and playful sense of humor. The simple things, like a bag of Lay's Potato Chips and a bottle of Pepsi, made Kevin happy.
Kevin leaves behind his sister, Janice Casper, many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Robert, Keith and Lucinda Bell and his beloved dog, Star.

Kevin's funeral service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp on Tuesday, May 13th at 10:30 AM.

He will be laid to rest in Six Corners Cemetery, Hicksville.
