Kevin Cooper Obituary
Kevin was born on July 24, 1977, in Raleigh, NC, a son of the late Larry Thomas Cooper and Nancy Matthews Brink. He lived all his life in the Wendell area where he worked for the Wendell Fire Department as long as his health allowed. In his spare time, he loved racing his car at the Wake County Speedway and working in the shop. He loved spending time with his family, especially his beloved daughter Ashley.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Cooper, of Kenly, NC; a step-mother, Jean Cooper; and brothers, Tony Cooper, of Wendell, NC, and Chris Warrick, of Dunn, NC.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Strickland Funeral Home, Wendell, NC, with Pastor Randy Beasley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
