Kevin B Dalpe

Kevin Bryan Dalpe, 68, of Toms River, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 1, 2025, at Community Medical Center in Toms River, surrounded by family. He received compassionate and exceptional care in his final days.

Born in Flemington, NJ, in 1957, Kevin grew up in Pittstown and graduated from North Hunterdon High School. He spent many years in the hospitality industry before following his passion and becoming a master carpenter, a trade to which he dedicated more than 40 years. He retired from Clean Sweep South of Wall, NJ.

Kevin and Barbara married in 2008 and shared homes in Brielle and Point Pleasant before settling in Toms River in 2021, where they built lasting friendships with neighbors. A lifelong sprint car enthusiast and mechanic, Kevin cherished the friendships he formed at the racetrack. He also loved fishing trips with close friends, but most of all, he treasured time with family.

Kevin was predeceased by his father, Richard J. Dalpe; his brother, Richard J. Dalpe Jr.; his sister, Lisa Moore; and his brother-in-law, Greg Moore.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Priscilla Dalpe of Pittstown, NJ; his loving wife of 17 years, Barbara Dalpe of Toms River; his sisters, Robyn Ireland (and husband Ed) of South Carolina; and Paige Pistritto (and husband Al) of Las Vegas, NV; and his sister-in-law, Leanne Dalpe of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Kevin will be lovingly remembered by his stepchildren, Thomas and Jennifer Sharpe of Manasquan, NJ, and Patrick and Shannon Sharpe of Brielle, NJ. He was a proud and adoring step-grandfather to James, Thomas, Stephen, Sarah, Ryan, and Summer, who brought immense joy to his life.

Arrangements are under the care of Orender Family Home for Funerals, Manasquan, NJ. Family and firends are invited to attend a visitation that will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at St. Denis Roman Catholic Church, 90 Union Ave, Manasquan, NJ 08736, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kevin's memory to the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at Saint Denis Church in Manasquan, NJ.
