Kevin Kapp Obituary

Kevin was born to the late Martha (Mudd), and Walter Kapp in Louisville, KY. He retired in 2001 from LG&E after 26 years of dedicated service.
Kevin was a wonderful and loving husband father, and a great friend, who was loved by all who knew him.
He enjoyed long rides with Karan, bonding with Kelly over shared interests, golf, watching sports, playing cards, and spending time with family. He was always there to help those who needed him.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Karan (House) Kapp; children, Kelly Kapp, and Chris Skaggs (Sara); brother, Craig Kapp; grandchildren, Kendall Hale and Jasmine; Wade, and great-grandchildren, Jaida and Asher Wade.
His funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 16, 2024, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at St. Michael Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, September 15th at Owen Funeral Home.
