Kevin Locklar Obituary
Kevin grew up in Midland, Texas and attended Midland High School. Kevin served in the United States Marine Corp. Kevin enjoyed being outdoors, especially while boating, fishing, camping or hiking.
Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Diane Locklar; and brother-in-law, Brad Roe.
Kevin is survived by his life partner, Scott Roe; father, Frank Locklar; sisters, Pam Locklar and Tami Finley; brother, Scott Locklar; brother-in-law, Tim Roe, sister-in-law, Sheila Harris; along with several nieces and nephews.
