Kevin F. Meyer, Newton, passed away on August 31, 2025 at Aurora Memorial Medical Center, Sheboygan. He was born September 28, 1964, to Herbert and Donna (Wilker) Struck in Milwaukee and was adopted by Willard and Helen Marie (Reinke) Meyer of Newton.

Kevin attended Meeme Elementary School, Kiel Middle School and was a 1983 graduate of Kiel High School. He helped his dad, Willard, on the family farm. He worked his career as an operator with Gabes Construction as well as Mead Construction. He was a retired, long standing labor member of Operating Engineers Local 139.

He enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, going out with his friends and his four feline friends, Gucci, Otto, Pumpkin and Peanut and watching "The Price Is Right."

Kevin is survived by his children, Kendall (William) Bretzman and Collin Meyer; his grandchildren, Casen and Parker Jo Bretzman; his sister, Connie Meiselwitz and his best buddy, Jeff Schmidt. He is also survived by the Struck family children, Kimberly (Ken) Halpern, Jay (Jennifer) Struck and Chris Struck.

He was preceded in death by his birth parents, adoptive parents, brother-in-law, Allan Meiselwitz and nephew, Patrick Meiselwitz.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (13334 Louis Corners Road, Kiel) with Rev. Ted Olsen officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, at the church, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., when brief family rites will be held. Interment will follow in the Schleswig Cemetery, Rockville. Memorial donations can be made out to the church.

The family would like to thank his wonderful home care team of Tammy, Melissa and Mike as well as the Aurora Healthcare Hospice team for the care given in his final days.
