Kevin Nathan Neahusan

Kevin Nathan Neahusan, of Evart and formerly of Caro, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 10, 2025, at the age of 54. He was born on November 8, 1971, in Cass City, the son of Daniel S. and Okamay (Reeves) Neahusan. Kevin graduated from Mayville High School and went on to work in several places over the years, including Wal-Mart, Farmer Jack’s, and Gunsell’s Furniture in Caro. He was known for his friendly nature and his favorite conversation starter, “Believe it or not…”

Kevin cherished spending time with his parents, especially going out to eat together. He loved his morning coffee and never turned down the chance to enjoy a few beers when he could. Kevin’s very favorite thing to do in life was buying lottery tickets, always hoping for that lucky win. His smile, laugh, and presence will be missed dearly.

Kevin leaves to cherish his memory, his father and mother, Daniel and Okamay Neahusan of Caro; siblings, Daniel (Robin) Neahusan of Evart, Alonda (David) Leffingwell of Caro, and Carol (Thomas) Irvine of Caro; six nephews, Christopher Taylor of Sterling Heights, Jacob Irvine of Mayville, Cody (Erica) Irvine of Kingston, Nicholas (Alyssa) Irvine of Caro, Brook Neahusan of Evart, and Jordan Leffingwell of Caro; two great-nephews, Cooper Irvine and Myles Irvine, both of Mayville; six great-nieces, Annalease Neahusan and Brooke Neahusan, both of Evart, Annabelle Irvine and Elliemae Irvine, both of Kingston, and Oakamay Irvine and Eloise Irvine, both of Caro; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Kevin’s funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ransford Funeral Home in Caro. Burial will take place at North Grove Cemetery. The family will be present to receive visitors on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of his service.
