Kevin O'Connor Obituary

Born in Bethpage, NY, Kevin resided in Sparta, NJ most of his life. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Food Science. He spent his entire career working in the food and flavor industry. His claim to fame was his contributions to the cookies, crackers and biscuits division of Nabisco, where he was a key product developer for teddy graham cookies. He enjoyed traveling, baseball, golfing, movies, landscaping and gardening, as well as his children and grandchildren.
Husband of the late Susan O'Connor; He is survived by his three children, Lindsay Berg (Steven), Caitlin Goldner (John), and Kelsey O'Connor (fiancé Kyle Gabbard), his sister Kathleen Lehan; and his grandchildren, Connor Berg and Amelia Berg.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kevin's memory to Eleventh Hour Rescue, 861 Route 10 East, Randolph, NJ 07869.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Mathis Funeral Home, Medford, NJ.
