Harry James Minnick

Harry James Minnick, husband, father, grandfather, veteran, and educator, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill, NJ. He was born on June 25, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA.
Harry's leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Barbara (nee Rayer) Minnick. Harry was a proud father to his three sons, Michael, James, and Steven Minnick. Proud grandfather to two grandchildren, Mason James Minnick and Michaela Francine Minnick
Harry honorably served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. After his military service, Harry found his calling in education. He became a respected teacher at the Burlington County Institute of Technology.
Harry's passion for baseball was more than just a hobby; he was a High School Baseball Coach for BCIT in Westampton, he inspired young athletes not only to excel in the sport but also to uphold the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
In his personal time, Harry was an avid genealogist. He found great joy in uncovering the stories of his ancestors, connecting the past with the present, and preserving his family's history for future generations. His interest in ancestry was more than a pastime; it was a reflection of his deep appreciation for the bonds that tie families together across time.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
