It is with great sadness we announce Kevin Lee Warax, age 48, passed away at home in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Never venturing to far from home, Kevin grew up in the Waupaca area where he developed many lifelong friendships. Some of his highest achievements in his latest career of manufacturing were his positive attitude and strong work ethic. He enjoyed cooking over his smoker, fishing, go karting, karaoke and sharing a laugh with others. Kevin was best known for his smile and kindness to everyone who crossed his path.
Kevin loved his dog, Jake, music and being attentive during his interactions with others. Kevin stayed true to his authentic self and accepted others as they were along with being brave. It was a privilege and honor to be a part of his world, and he will be greatly missed.
Jakob Stedman, his only son was never far from Kevin's thoughts, and was proud of his son's accomplishments.
Kevin is survived by his father, Herb Warax who raised him with unconditional love and support; older brother, Scott (Kathy) Warax, older sister, Patty (Brett) Buchholz and younger brother, Casey (Shana) Warax whose memories and adventures will hold special places in their hearts. His ten nieces and nephews, Bailey, Madison, Brooklyn, Hunter, Owen, Ava, Michael, Landry, Taylor, and Eli will forever remember their uncle's laugh and fun sense of humor. He is also survived and loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. He had a knack for making friends easily which let all his friends feel like his best friend.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elgon and Goldie Littleton and Roy and Soloma Taubitz. Waiting for him at heaven's door was his beloved mother, Sue Warax with a warm embrace.
