Kim was born on October 28, 1965 in Lapeer, Michigan. On June 29, 1990 she married Richard Coenen and together they had two daughters. Kim was a long-time custodian at the Armada Public Schools and loved her job. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed.
Beloved wife of Richard; loving mother of Christopher (Jennifer) Coenen, Samantha (fiancé Tony Rusk) Coenen and Kelly (Antonio Carvajal) Coenen; adored grandmother of Kara, Cameron, Nora and Mason; cherished sister of Tina Lewis, Randy Mayer and the late Debbie. Kim is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
A visitation for Kim will be Friday, March 14, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tiffany-Young & Hauss Funeral Home, 73919 Fulton St., Armada. The funeral service will be Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Willow Grove Cemetery in Richmond Township, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
