Kimberly Ruggles Obituary
Kim was born May 2, 1975, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of the late Orville Harold Ruggles and Mary (Gilliland) Ruggles.
She is survived by two sons, James Cottle and Chandler (Taylor) Ruggles; numerous grandchildren; best friend, Rhonda Shanks; five sisters; five brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
Kim was preceded in death by her parents; a sister; and a brother.
Kim served as an EMT for over 20 years and later as a dispatcher for 10 years. She was a loving grandmother who cherished spending time with her grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boyer Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
