Kimberly Wills of Phoenix, MD died on August 23 after a 3-year struggle with cancer. Survivors include her husband William R. (Bobby) Wills, daughter Rebecca Mowbray and daughter Samantha Wills and her fiancé Deonte Wallace. Mother Carol Mowbray Brooks and her husband Neal Brooks. Brother Scott Mowbray and wife Tanya, sister Wendi Reese and brother Nick Mowbray. Grandchildren Charles and Alexandra. Niece Emily Mowbray and nephew Evan Mowbray and nieces Payton and Lilly Reese. Aunts Anna Belle Davis and Peggy DiFranco.

Kim was born in Trenton, NJ on June 25, 1969. Her family relocated to Maryland when Kim was 2 where she attended public schools in Baltimore County, graduating from Dulaney High School. Kim worked for more than 25 years at Home Depot. She enjoyed family vacations at Assateague Island on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Kim always loved family gatherings and was a dedicated pet parent, to her rescued beagle Oliver and Mini Aussie Doodle Grace. The family has suggested that memorial gifts be made to the Johns Hopkins Hospital Oncology Department or to the American Cancer Society.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday September 13, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm at the Fairview Methodist Church located at 13916 Jarrettsville Pike, Jacksonville, Maryland 21131. Parking in either the front lot or next to the Activities Building.
