Kindall Scott Moore

Kindall Scott Moore, 33, of Nederland, died Wednesday, December 24, 2025. He was born on June 5, 1992, in Port Arthur, Texas.

Kindall was thoughtful and intelligent, someone who found joy in books, learning, and the worlds he explored through reading and video games.

His curiosity and love of knowledge were a defining part of who he was.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Lyla Marie; his parents Wilbert and Alecia Moore and Linda Kondziela; his sister, Marley Brooks and brother, Liam Moore; nephew Miles Brooks and niece Haelynn Moore; and his grandparents, John and Sandra Watson, and Edwina Mattarocci.

He was proceeded in death by his brother Micah Moore; grandfathers, David Mattatocci and James Trahan.

Kindall's memory will live on through his daughter and the family who loved him deeply.

A gathering of Mr. Moore's family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m. with his memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2026, at Broussard's, 505 North 12 th street, Nederland. Cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont.
