Kirk Haseman Martin, age 60, of Ramsey, IN, passed away on December 21, 2024.
Kirk was born on August 7, 1964, to Don and Ann (Haseman) Martin in Frankfort, IN. A graduate of Corydon Central High School, Class of 1983, Kirk furthered his education at Indiana University Southeast, where he earned an associate's degree in Business Management. He dedicated his professional life to his role as Plant Manager at Custom Food Solutions, where his leadership and expertise were highly valued.
On November 28, 1987, Kirk married the love of his life, Angela, and together they shared 37 wonderful years of marriage. They made their home in Ramsey, IN, raising a loving family and building countless cherished memories.
Kirk will be remembered for his sharp mind and lively spirit. He was passionate about engaging in debates, enjoyed playing various games, and was a devoted fan of the original Star Trek. A history enthusiast, Kirk also had a deep appreciation for old country music, finding joy and solace in its timeless melodies.
Kirk was preceded in death by his father, Don Martin, and his brother, Kevin Martin.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Angela Martin; his beloved mother, Ann Martin; and his cherished daughters, Kelsey Martin, Sydney Martin, and Makenzie Martin. He is also survived by his sister, Morgana (John) Brown, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones who will deeply miss his presence.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Kirk's life during visitation, which will be held at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey, IN, on Sunday, December 29, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 30, 2024, at the same location.
Kirk's warmth, intelligence, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those he loved.
