Kobyn Adam Malone, 22, a resident of Berwick passed away on August 30th, 2025. Kobyn was born on August 11, 2003, in Morgan City the son of Felicia and Adam Malone.

Kobyn was a soft spoken, kind and loving soul. He had a love for music, excelled in violin and enjoyed bass guitar and cello. He had a heart for animals, especially his cat Yoshi. He enjoyed reading, chess, gaming, nature, and working on his car alongside his big brother Kade. Kobyn was incredibly intelligent, just graduating ULM with his bachelor’s degree in biology. With plans to pursue his PHD in neuroscience to help others. Though it was not greater than The Lord calling him home. 

He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his mother, Felicia Malone, his father Adam Malone, brother Kade Malone and his wife Hailey, Ben Chaisson, Felicia’s fiancée, his grandmother Roxanne Gaudet, Grandfather James Phillips and wife Judy, Grandparents Lynn and Vanessa Malone and Mark Alfred and his wife Dale. Kobyn has three surviving great grandmothers, Earline Gaudet, Betty Phillips and Sonda Womack. Alongside numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

Kobyn was proceeded in death by his great grandfathers Felix Gaudet Jr., Charles Phillips; great Grandparents, Terry and wife Mary Malone, Schuyler Mounger and Ruby Ingram, and Callan and Amy Lou Alfred.

Pallbearer’s will be Kade Malone, Josh Malone, Ryder Malone, Mark Alfred, Aaron Brown, Jacob Brown, Ben Chaisson, Cody Swords.

Services will be at Twin City Funeral home on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, with a visitation from 12:00pm till the time of service at 1:00pm. After the service he will be laid to rest at Morgan City Cemetery.
