Kristy Lee Gibbs, 41, of Grovetown, Georgia, entered into rest peacefully on January 21, 2023 while surrounded by her loving family.
Kristy was born in Emporia, Kansas on September 29, 1981. She was raised in Columbia County since 1985 when her family relocated from Kansas. After graduating high school, Kristy earned a nursing degree from Augusta State University in 2010 and spent the past 12 years practicing nursing in the Augusta area. Kristy really enjoyed being a nurse and loved helping others. Kristy loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them along with her dogs, especially Bennett. Kristy had a crazy sense of humor and loved to laugh with her friends and family. She was also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and loved watching the Dawgs with her husband while wrapped up in her Bulldogs blanket.
Kristy will be missed dearly by her husband, Jeremy Gibbs; daughters, Katie Gibbs, Haley Gibbs, and Ashlyn Gibbs; son, Dylan Gibbs; granddaughter, Olivia Stabell; brother, Brian Menghi; parents, James and Beverly Menghi all of Grovetown, Georgia; along with her husband's parents Russell and Betty Gibbs of Lincolnton, Georgia.
Kristy is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins
