Kristy Jo Woodward,
54, of Indianapolis, passed away July 22, 2024. She was born in Anderson to Ronald Joe McCord and Phyllis Ann Davis on August 16, 1969. Kristy earned her Associate's degree and spent her career in the service of others - namely managing food service in the local school system.
Kristy is survived by a long list of people that loved her: children, Christine Woodward (John Maxey), Christopher Woodward (Angelique Woodward), Christian Boutte, and Chrishon Woodward; grandchildren, Avaya, Aubrielle, Noah, Josiah, Greyson and Aniyah; siblings, Kirby McCord (Melissa McCord), Kyle McCord (Lorely McCord), and Kelly McCord Ellison (Karla Ellison); 8 nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs, Fox and Bugga.
Public visitation will be held at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road on Tuesday, July 30th from 2 - 4PM. Private family services to follow.
