Kyle Carter

Monroe Township- Kyle Carter, 34, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025 at his home. He was born on June 27, 1991 in Conneaut, Ohio the son of Lloyd W. Carter and the late Tammy Neave. Kyle was a 2009 graduate of Kindlebrook Christian Academy in Kingsville, Ohio. Kyle was a wonderful guitarist and loved to share his talents with family and friends. He was a lifelong fan of KISS. Kyle enjoyed long rides on his golf cart on the back roads of Monroe Township. He is survived by his father Lloyd W. Carter; grandfather, Larry Clark; aunts and uncles, Rick (Marcia) Davis, Rebecca Sneary, Kim (Mike) Shaffer, and Georgette Parsons; dear friend Ryen Sallee; his cousins, Mike and Kat Ransom, that stayed close to him; and many aunts, uncles and cousins in Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania too numerous to mention. Kyle was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Neave; paternal grandparents, Harriette Davis and Lloyd Carter; maternal grandmother, Ruth Clark; aunt and uncles, Lori, Kenny, and Brian Neave. Private graveside services at Greenlawn Memory Gardens will be observed. Ducro Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Ave., Ashtabula is assisting with arrangements.
