Kyli Renee Phillips

Kyli Renee Phillips, born Feb 9, 1997, chose to leave this life, on her own terms, on May 6, 2025. Anyone who knows Kyli knows she has a very kind soul and anyone who REALLY knows Kyli knows she has always been wild at heart.
If you knew her, you also knew that she is literally the funniest person you will encounter- with one wicked sense of humor. she can brighten any day- and make anyone laugh even on their worst days
This child had a love for ALL animals- and every animal she ever had was from the streets. She would stop her car on the highway on her way to a job interview with the President of the United States if she saw an animal needing help. Most recently, she sent me a picture of a wild baby possum that she'd invited into her apartment for some food.
Some people who knew Kyli- but not in the past 2 years, may not believe this, but she found a hobby in cooking. She learned how to cook so many things from scratch she especially loved Mexican food- and I (her mom) shared many amazing meals with her over the past 2 years that she would cook for just the two of us I always knew those memories were going to be special to me we had a lot of fun while she was being Chef Kyli
Kyli's favorite thing to do -hands down- was to get in her car- put the top down and turn up the music super-loud and just drive. This is truly where she found her peace and happiness and I know that girl is face-in-the-wind right now- wherever she is.
She had several nick names- a few I can probably get away with divulging are: Rudy, Ky, Hyli Nay (she used to call herself that when she was a baby),
Kyli grew up in a very musical family. She taught herself how to play (to an extent) keyboard, drums, and some guitar. I know she could sing too but she would never admit it. Her music interests are all over the place- she can go from Mac Miller and Lil Baby to A7X, Seether and The Weekend, to one of her absolute favorites, Simon and Garfunkel – her favorite song of theirs was Scarborough Fair- she said she could put it on in her earbuds and turn it up really loud and feel like she was floating. Kyli left behind some AMAZING siblings who she loved SO MUCH: sisters Everly, Jade, Sage, and brothers Levi, Roman, Jaxon, and Seth; as well as her Parents, Grand Parents, Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins
