Lance David Geyer

Lance D. Geyer, age 58, of Faribault, died Saturday, November 15, 2025, at his home following a recent diagnosis of ALS.
Memorial visitation will be held at Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Faribault, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Lance David, the son of David F. and Sharon L. (Fritz) Geyer, was born July 28, 1967, in Faribault. He graduated from Faribault High School in 1986 and enlisted in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge, Lance started working as a truck driver for Westburne Supply. Over the years, the company name had several changes along with his position; he was currently the warehouse manager for Ferguson Enterprises. Lance was an avid outdoorsman; his passion was fishing. He also enjoyed gambling, especially playing Pull Tabs, Texas Hold'em, and poker.
Survivors include his father, David F. Geyer; significant other, Beth Arentz; sister, Amy (and Jamie Sunde) Balfe; daughter, Brianna (and Luke) Belmont; nephew, Jeremiah Balfe; niece, Halee (and Spencer Adams) Balfe; great nephew, Dawson Balfe; Beth's daughter, Sommer (and Nick Myogeto) Arentz; grandchildren, Rylan and Charlee Aman; great friends, Rob Cross, Mike Langevin and Rich Blackmer; other relatives and many friends.
Lance was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon L. Geyer; uncle, Jack Fritz; and Beth's son, Troy Arentz in 2010.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the ALS Foundation of Minnesota or a hospice organization of your choice.
