Presque Isle - Lance Harold Kierstead left this world on June 6th, 2024, as a result of a motorcycle accident. Lance was born on the Fourth of July in 1973 to Harold and Sandra (Rattray) Kierstead.
Lance graduated from Easton High School with the class of 1992. Lance was thoughtful with a keen eye for detail, he used to excel with each passion and interest. He was an expert in martial arts, an avid reader, a marksman and an ordained minister. Lance had a love of history and enjoyed studying biblical significance across the world.
Lance was predeceased by his parents, his fraternal grandparents Willis and Erma Kierstead, Step-grandfather Woodrow Cummings and a maternal grandfather Fred Rattray.
Lance is survived by a sister, Barbara Allyn and husband Chris, a brother Harold ("JR") with his wife Jodi, grandmother Anita Rattray, stepmother Cathy Hewitt and her husband Mike, stepbrother Bill McDivitt Jr., and a stepsister Katrina Ellis with her husband Adrien. He also leaves behind a special cousin Jason Rooney, his best friend Brad Nadeau, and nieces and nephews Spencer, Nicholas, Kimberly, Kaylee, Makayla, Divya, and Zuri along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Celebration of Life will be held at Framework Church at 387 Centerline Road in Presque Isle Maine on Thursday, June 13th at 11:00 am followed by a reception to gather, eat and share memories/condolences.
Interment will be in the Estes Cemetery in Easton following the reception.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lance's name may be made to the Riverside Wesleyan Campground in Blaine through Framework Church.
